As a Realtor, you show your prospects that you are the best and you simply shine your personality in front of them. This is no longer difficult to do because what you did in the first place was build a relationship with them. You have connected to each other already.
Closing a deal - this is the last step for Realtors in terms of marketing. Whether it's buying or selling for them, your end goal is closing. Because in closing a deal, this is where the money comes in.
So how do we again track marketing campaigns?
1. Identify the steps you have in your prospect funnel, convert each step with the number of prospects
that go through one funnel to another.
2. Identify the postcards mailed and those who responded via website visit.
3. Identify the number of possible clients who signed up in your website for free offers.
4. Identify how many prospects signed up with you and requested for a tour or marketing analysis.
The prospect funnel methodology mentioned is just one type of it and as a Realtor, you can customize your own. The important thing here is you go through each step and not jumping to the next one. Make your steps too big for the client to handle, your numbers will significantly decrease. Make the steps smaller and easier for prospects to manage, your numbers will shoot up.
